Naro Moru River Lodge

In the shadow of Mount Kenya's majestic slopes lies the Naro Moru River Lodge. It is situated on the equator between Nyeri and Nanyuki at an altitude of 1,982 m (6,505 ft). The lodge is built to enhance nature's beauty with modern features.

The intoxicating fragrances from the unique gardens, spacious rooms, exciting food and great outdoors makes Naro Moru the perfect base for the Mount Kenya climbing. All the 34 cottages are elegantly furnished with pine and have modern bathrooms and toilets. There is a fireplace in the sitting room area. The lodge has a swimming pool, two tennis courts, a squash court and a sauna to unwind from the hikes that are possible on the extensive grounds.

In addition there are ample opportunities to go trout fishing, birding, mountain biking or horseback riding.
